Policy
I screen all clients and I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. No children under 18 are allowed in the procedure room.
Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete the most permanent makeup procedures depending on each person’s skin. The first top-up appointment is booked 6 weeks minimum after the initial visit but must be completed within 3 months of the initial treatment. Should you require a 3rd session this will be charged at a minimum fee to cover costs.
No show policy
Any client that doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and be expected pay the remainder of their missed appointment in full. Any future appointments are also required in full prior to their scheduled appointment.
While the system usually sends out automated reminders, if one hasn’t been received, that does not make the company liable.
The initial consultation fee is charged at £20 and is non-refundable, however, this amount will be deducted from the remaining balance if you wish to go ahead with the treatment. This also applies to any future colour boost procedures. The full balance is due on the day.
Cancellation policy
A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you cancel your appointment within this period, you will forfeit your deposit and be expected to pay the remaining balance off the missed appointment before re booking. No exceptions. This allows time to find a replacement client. Following a cancellation within a 48-hour notice period, an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. The same rule applies to a touch-up appointment (6 weeks after initial treatment)
Rescheduling/late policy
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, please understand that such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is mandatory, or the deposit becomes untransferable. If you do not reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require full payment of balance and a further deposit to secure your appointment.
Clients with existing pmu
Clients that have had permanent makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure. If at any time you go to another technician after I have completed your original procedure/s, I will no longer perform any future top-ups on you.
Model Policy
When booking a model slot, you are receiving a discounted treatment in exchange for allowing all images taken during your session to be used not only by us, but also by our students for their own portfolios and professional use.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing all clients and students with high-quality treatments, services and training.
Payments made for treatments and services are generally non-refundable once the treatment or service has been booked or provided.
If you are unable to attend your training date, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is provided, we may allow the course to be rescheduled, subject to availability and our booking terms.
If we cancel an appointment or training date and are unable to provide a suitable alternative, any amount paid for the service that has not been provided will be refunded.
Training Courses
Once a training course date has been booked and confirmed, we begin preparing for the student’s attendance and incur costs in advance.
Course payments are used ahead of the scheduled training date to purchase and prepare training materials, products, student kits and other resources required specifically for the course. The training date also reserves dedicated instructor time and prevents that place from being offered to another student.
For this reason, cancellation after a course date has been confirmed may result in some or all of the payment being retained where permitted by law, taking into account the costs and losses reasonably incurred by the business as a result of the cancellation.
Where possible, we may offer the student the option to transfer their booking to another available training date instead of cancelling.
Once a training course has commenced or has been fully delivered, payments are not refundable simply because a student changes their mind.
If we cancel a training course and cannot provide a suitable alternative date acceptable to the student, the student will be entitled to an appropriate refund for any training or services that have not been provided.
